Mr Keirsse (52) is a chemical engineer, who also achieved an Executive MBA. As a young engineer he started his career in the environmental sector, to subsequently grow into higher managerial positions in the technology and materials sector. Meanwhile he acquired extensive management experience in various industrial markets. As managing director of Tauw Belgium nv, his goal is to further develop in the environmental consultancy sector.

'Tauw Belgium is ready for a new step in its development and this creates the opportunity for me as managing director to add the necessary strategy, motivation and integration to the Belgian organization, required to ensure a sustainable future. Being in the position to contribute to the well-being of our society in a human and client oriented environment, is a personal motivation and gratification to me'.
