GroenBalans offers carbon offsetting through certified rights from sustainable energy projects all over the world, in places where this is needed most. These project create new jobs, improve the local environment and avoid polluting energy developments, such as coal plants. Examples include the Gold Standard wind power projects in China and New Zealand, which are also supported by the World Wildlife Fund.
