TAUW Group has appointed Dennis de Vreede (1969) as a member of their Supervisory Board. De Vreede succeeds Wim van Hulsenbeek, whose term ended earlier this year. De Vreede is Chief Financial Officer at Wereldhave, a Dutch real estate company listed at the Amsterdam stock exchange, that focuses on commercial real estate in the Benelux.
At Wereldhave, De Vreede is responsible for the Finance, Tax and Treasury, Risk Management, ICT and CSR departments. He will be a member of the Tauw Group Supervisory Board for a four-year period.
Eline Oudenbroek, Chair of the TAUW Group Supervisory Board, is grateful to Van Hulsenbeek for his excellent contribution and happy to welcome De Vreede to the Board. “In the more than eight years that Wim van Hulsenbeek has supported TAUW Group, it has become the financially strong and employee-owned leading European consultancy firm we are today. Dennis de Vreede brings valuable knowledge and a strong track record that will help TAUW Group to continue to grow sustainably and internationally. Dennis is a valuable asset to the Board.”
De Vreede is happy to take on his new role at Tauw Group. “TAUW Group is shaping a vital living environment. These activities very much meet the challenges of today’s society. By taking this role in the Supervisory Board, I aim to contribute to the goal of being an example in European environmental consultancy. It is an honor to be granted the opportunity to contribute to this dynamic 93-year-old company.”
