We are happy to announce that Eline Oudenbroek (1969) has agreed to become the chair of the Supervisory Board. Until recently this role was executed by Ellen Faber (1956), who will stay on as a member. By appointing Mrs Oudenbroek, who was already a member of the Supervisory Board, the Board is fundamentally unaltered which gives the new Tauw Group management a solid set of advisors. Mrs Oudenbroek has been appointed until 2023.
Also Mrs Faber has confidence in her successor. “During my time as Chair Eline has proven to be a valuable asset to our team. With her sharp mind, wit and stamina we have already tackled major decisions such as the change in the Board of Directors in 2018 and the introduction of the employee Participation scheme in 2017”.
Mrs Oudenbroek is proud to take this role. “As a member of the Tauw Supervisory Board I got to know the Tauw Group as an organisation that profoundly strives to balance economic, environmental and social aspects in everything they do. It is an honor to contribute to this dynamic 90-year old company by supervising its strategy and operations”. Mrs Oudenbroek is also partner at Custom Management Interim Directors.
