Mr. Henk Schepers, MBA, is appointed Director of Tauw GmbH per 1 June 2016. As per the same date he will resign as Director of Tauw bv, the Dutch subsidiary of Tauw Group.
Mr. Schepers will focus on the further growth of Tauw GmbH. Further he will work on acquisitions in line with the execution of the ‘Tauw Group Strategy 2016-2020’. The Tauw GmbH strategy focusses on being a high-end awarded and national acting consultant for industry, real estate and public sector. Therefore, we will enlarge our service portfolio and presence in various regions of Germany.
The Executive Board of Tauw Group is very pleased that Mr. Schepers will assume the position of Tauw GmbH indefinitely, after having worked in this position on a part time basis since 2015. “Tauw GmbH is very important for Tauw Group and has excellent results and a good outlook. The long experience within Tauw as well as his personality make him a good leader for the German Team. Mr. Schepers is a good example of ‘the Best of Tauw at every location’.
