The Acquisition International (AI) Magazine have announced Tauw GmbH as a winner of the 2015 Deal of the Year Awards.
The year 2015 marks a very successful year for transactions in the M&A market, with AI stating that the opportunities for growth and expansion have never been better. In this regard; the magazine honors stakeholders in international top deals of multinational corporations or smaller businesses during the last year with its award program.
Tauw GmbH and CAT Alliance ltd. were involved as independent advisors in several international top transaction deals last year. In particular for our services in an international multisite transaction deal in the manufacturing/engineering industry, we were honored for “Best for Phase I Environmental Due Diligence - Germany & Environmental Consultancy of the Year – Germany”.
