At the annual Safety Day for contractors of ExxonMobil, Tauw was presented with the Safety Award for Flawless Execution: one year without any corporate reportable injury or illness.
In the Netherlands and Belgium Tauw has been one of ExxonMobil’s contractors in the area of soil consultancy since 2006. As an oil company, ExxonMobil applies strict safety measures. It is not for nothing that ExxonMobil’s statement is 'Making safety a way of life!’.
2012 was the best year to date for ExxonMobil in terms of safety, with the lowest number of incidents. Last year, Tauw put in nearly 19,000 working hours for ExxonMobil without a single incident!
